This review is long overdue for Pat who works at the Public Storage on Montreal. She is always extremely kind and patient when working with me. I live out of town but use my unit for work and it has been a great experience thus far. After searching for 2 days for a unit I'm happy I found this one. Thanks so much to Pat and the entire team at Public Storage for their excellent customer service!

Being in management myself I must say I seldom so reviews but I'd be remiss if I did not speak on the above and beyond hospitality my family received. Edget was always pleasant and understanding and above all extremely professional. If ever I am need of storage I will definitely use again and have no problem with referring others. Thumbs up!!!

Manager was very nice and professional. However, the unit I supposedly rented, a 10X20, seemed small and grungy, esp with the wall and overhead obstacles limiting the space. I decided to rent a larger unit, a 10 X30, and it seemed about twice as large as the 10X20 (???), without the obstacles. I was given no choice about locks, they were simply included as additional cost. The units are difficult to navigate with a truck d/t the way the entry/exit drive is situated. The unit I rented was clean, but the way the latch works, the weather stripping on the door does not go all the way to the bottom, potentially allowing critters and weather to get in.

1. Courteous and thorough customer rapport (Pat was awesome!) ---CHECK! 2. Adequate space footage meeting my needs---CHECK! 3.Awesome value for my wallet ---------------------CHECK! There is just ONE thing though: I wish storage unit were temperature-controlled. It's becoming more and more the norm in this market.
