The walls are awful broken drywall and patched with a few pieces of OSB and have holes big enough for LARGE people to come visit my unit from the back or side units! I was SHOCKED that they rented this? When I complained the day I moved in, they offered me a different unit AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE! When I wanted my money back, they refused! So I guess you have to pay more to get a unit with real walls??? I took lots of pictures because I couldn't believe this unit! Not to mention the unit is not accessible from either side of the drive by any truck larger than a pick up truck, forget using a Uhaul truck or trailer to deliver your stuff.

The storage space was clean and the representative was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the exit gate was broken, which made me uneasy about the security. Though the next day when I returned to access my unit the gate had been fixed. I have not had any issues with my unit and I am pleased with the service.

Good customer service. Any time I had an issue it would be handled with professional courteousness. I switched from a small unit to a large unit and I don't like that I had to purchase a second lock from them. They said it was because a new account had to be created with the new unit number but that doesn't make much sense to me. However, it was only $20 bucks and wasn't worth more frustration/haggeling given my situation at that time. Location was convenient and handling my account online was nice.

The service inside the office with Ms Pat was AWESOME! She explained everything in such a detailed manner with ease. It was because of the friendliness of Ms. Pat that I decided on this location. She needs to be a trainer on customer service. This was DAY 2 for me looking for a unit so I became pretty familiar with Public Storage; Ms Pat has the right type of company culture they ought to bottle up and pass around. Thanks again! Side note: The other young lady with Ms Pat was also kind and helpful. And I noticed her cleaning vacant units and hall spaces.
