Hello. There's not enough front desk interaction. I have to wait for someone to show up or I have to flag them down on the premises. Also I was made to buy a special lock for the climate control unit I rented when I had a lock from another unit I rented in times past. There are some good deals at times but I have to search them out too. It's a lot just to rent a storage unit.

Very Very satisfied! I was supposed to transfer to a different unit last month in order to save money. Being that I have been so busy, I was not able to transfer plusI forgot to make my payment. I received a courtesy call from Iti asking me about my plans. I was impressed with the this call because not only did she remember me and my situation, she also took my payment and directed me to Customer service in order to save the late fee. Thanks Iti, such a blessing!

My experience contracting for storage at this facility was absolutely excellent. After signing up online I received a call and more explanations about how to reserve the size unit I wanted,. this employee named sparkle guided me to the location that was convenient with me. She also told me the name of the employee I would be working with The next day I went to the site and was greeted by a lovely woman named I T. She recognize my name as Sparkle had mentioned I may call and guided me into a Storage space that will fit my needs very nicely.she was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I was extremely impressed with these two employees who gave me confidence and provided a storage space that is perfect for my belongings. Sparkle, and I T went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible. When the original unit had a broken light bulb, the manager quickly switched me to another unit, educated me on local issues since I was moving from out of state, and gave great advice about insurance. I felt I was in good hands and was treated like a valued customer.
