I went to another public storage accidently and was treated very rudely. Happen chanced upon the one at 6000 Lawrenceville highway and met Mardena. Gardens was very nice and respectful. I did get a unit from here and will recommend others to this location.

I love public storage. I made my reservation online and was completely checked in within the hour. Medina was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She had me in and out very quickly all while handling other customers as well to keep them from waiting on my check in process. The property is well kept and I feel great about storing my belongings here. I highly recommend this property. I am a repeat customer and have other friends who use the property and are just as satisfied.

Customer service is the most important part of the way a company operates. The customer service was awesome. The woman who worked there was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this storage facility again.

No move is easy but Public Storage has several ways to keep it from being so difficult. A detailed website shows not only locations and pricng, but also makes it simple to decide what size unit you need, then allows you to reserve it on the spot! This gets some of the paperwork taken care of before you arrive. The office was ready for me when I got there! I was in and out and ready to start unloading in just a few minutes! The young lady in the office was so helpful and seemed like a breath of fresh air after a long sweaty day. If you have things to store, check them out.
