Super easy process online to get into a unit! Units are clean & nice and the facility itself is well lit & feels safe. The original unit I was assigned had some damage to side and customer service was very quick to transfer to another unit-no issues at all.

I do not like how I reserved a 10x20 unit that has 2 doors. The other door has a different number. I so not want someone in my unit.

The unit has not been cleaned in awhile. The sides are very dirty and ther floor has not been swept in a good while. The weather stripping is falling off the front and back doors.

This is a unmanned facility, and should you need a service call for a broken door, please note my experience in attempts of securing my storage unit after the door locking mechanism failed had Response Time For Service To A Broken Roll Up Door Was 3 to 5 days Slower Than Transferring Units in less than a few minutes placing the call, and then getting the manpower to move UNITS QUICKER...
