It was confusing when we got to the storage they gave the wrong lock password through email so I had to wait until next day to open storage. The customer representative on the phone was very helpful

I had an issue with the door to my original unit and could not get it closed. I started to panic, but I called customer service and they quickly and easily moved me to the unit over. Something that could have ended in frustration was actually made very convenient! It was so great to have a solution that quickly and easily.
