Impressed with the facility options for the monthly cost

I live in GA we just went thru Hurricane Helene and I was face with renting a storage and leave or stay and thrive here well did search for storage and selected this "Prime" welldid everything on my phone since I new power was out and speed up thing since I was leaving well I was charge a 29.99 administration fee in the morning everything change my husband got a job since we kind of are homeless so I call the storage and cancel and I was stunned to learn that I would not be refund a fee that had less than 24hrs in system basically stole that money and am in odd no wonder they have such buildings they offer a month free charge a fee but if u cancel they stay with ur money great system. You should be ashamed of doing this while we are going thru a Disaster time.

Mrs. Tammie was such a nice person and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Glad I chose this storage facility.

The staff was great at helping me with service and the unit was just the right size that I needed to move my things in and the climate control is always the best for the unit

move in was very easy. Facility is clean & consumer friendly.. I had to go into the office to purchase a lock, the clerk was very nice & helpful..

I was impressed with this facility. The employees are very helpful and nice. It was quick doing the paperwork. We moved into the unit the next day. I feel safe when I go by to drop off things. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
