Access to facility is always a problem. Gate needs updating. Codes often change without notice or non existent. Have a business and store inventory. Need access to products 24/7. Never been a problem. Now gate locked. No number to call manager, whom I believe lives on property. SUCKS!

Move-in date was Saturday, the 25th. According to the site they were open on Saturdays. I went there, found no one to assist me. Called all the numbers I had, got voicemail on one and left message. Other number didn't even have answering machine. Now I'm forced to either change my plans to accommodate their office hours putting me 2 days behind schedule or find another facility and still be behind schedule due to time wasted attempting to handle paperwork with Richmond.
