I reserved my unit over the phone with a call center rep and was told a number of items regarding finalizing paperwork and the signing payment. When I arrived onsite to finalize paperwork and tour the facility, I found out quickly that what the call center told me and what was happening onsite were very different. I wasn’t expecting to pay more than the admin fee, but regardless, the property manager was very kind and answered all my questions. Explained everything and all was fine.

Al the rep was excellent through details very clean very secure and spacious power to keep battery full and customer service was excellent
