Public Storage - Canton - 3204 Ridge Road

Don't like the ideal of no pro rating. Only there a week and still had to pay the high price. Didn't like where you had to buy insurance.

Very good experience. Personnel was knowledgeable and helpful. Quickly chose the unit that was right for our needs.

My experience was much more pleasant that I imagined. Joann is so knowledgeable and kind. Didn't have any problems and the rental went smoothly. I would and have recommended the facility on Ridge Road in Canton, Georgia.

The manager on staff was very helpful, knew my needs, and was able to get me a storage unit I needed at a competitive price. Everything was quick and simple for an upcoming move with not a ton of time to prepare.

Clean storage units and great staff! Tammy and Jo make sure you are taken care of - I needed a different size unit not once, but twice and they delivered quickly!!!! It stinks to have to store your stuff, but when you know they are on site-it makes things a little easier. Thanks ladies!

I recently rented space from this location. I have used them in the past & did not hesitate to contact them again. Customer service is important to me and is definitely a plus at this location. The front office staff is extremely pleasant & helpful. The person I rented from went out of the way to find the exact space I needed for my belongings. She was friendly & outgoing, making sure I had everything I needed. She helped us during the moving process keeping the door readily accessible which helped tremendously when moving alot of large items. I can't say enough good things about the staff, they're great! I wish all businesses had staff this friendly!

The cleanest storage units I've ever seen in my life. However, the best thing about this facility is Tammy who works in the front office. She is simply amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone!

Just began the rental process of a unit at Public Storage and so far, so good! Spoke to Tammy initially over the phone and she was extremely helpful and informative. She made the process very easy and was patient with all of my questions. When I came in, I met with Jo and she was great as well! She new I was on my lunch break so she was able to get me in and out with ease. Jo was also very informative and helpful, recommending products such as mattress covers (I was wondering where to buy these), boxes, tape guns, etc.. With all the other 5 star reviews, I am looking forward to having a great experience with this particular Public Storage.

I was really hesitant at first since it was my first time using any sort of storage rental place. Tammy patiently answered all of my questions and even made sure to give me advice and more information about things I never even thought to ask! She was pleasant and funny. If I ever have to store again, I'm definitively coming back to her

Satisfied, but not satisfied with hours to get into the storage. Public Storage needs to reconsider hours to enter your unit.

Joanna was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us determine the size storage unit we needed and facilitated the process quickly and efficiently.

I went in Thinking I was going to need a huge unit but after looking at all the space that you get, not to mention being climate controlled was a major seller also. And the office staff was wonderful in explains everything. I think her name was tammie. I let everyone i know to rent from public storage now.
