We want to let you know how much Tammy(manager) at this location has helped us twice with our storage unit,she even helped carry things in our unit to help,Tammy helped my husband n I (who r older)with the computer needs with the computer.We were very thankful for her assistants.

The process was very easy and the staff was very knowledgeable.

Reserved online was easy. Called me within a hour. Time in person rental at the place.

We ended up needing a second unit and the manager was able to get us a unit near our 1st unit. Very convenient.

Everything went well. I even have a climate controlled unit.

Sometimes the fact that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s such a small facility is a problem when trying to get around U-hauls Parked in the middle of the road.

The office staff Angela and Laura were great. They were both most helpful in answering my questions and recommending tips. They made for a smooth and speedy checkout process.

I think the best storage place is your storage facility , not only is my space super clean its in the most convient place for us , I'm storing my 1977 corvette there and I'm impressed with the security and most of all Laura , she is fantastic !!! I will be with you guys for a long time !

We got a second unit and were happy to find that it is very close to our first unit. We will be storing our furniture and household items for 6 months, while our new house is being built. Wanda at the Woodstock facility was excellent as she showed me the unit first and made the entire transaction very easy.

Victoria made it easy and explained the service in simple terms. The facility looks great and well maintained. Glad for PS to keep my stuff for a while.

They made everything easy, and they had the best deal of any other storage facility in the area.

The young lady that drives the grey Kia Forte Koupe was very informative and helpful. I was considering checking another storage facility close by that was advertising a free first month, but her knowledge and ability to answer my questions won my business. I can't remember her name but she is a great person to deal with.

Victoria the site manager was amazing. Her wonderful attitude changed an exhausting moving day to a very smooth transfer of the rest of our things. She had everything we needed, kind, courteous, and supreme knowledge of her career.

Clean facility, great customer service, secure feeling and good prices. Property manager being onsite was an added sense of security also!

The facility is well maintained. The staff have all been a joy to interact with and I am very impressed with the level of customer service Kira gave on our move in day. Kira is kind, personable, professional, and extremely thorough. She wants to make sure that the tenants are well taken care of and it shows in her interactions that she is truly representing the Public Storage company in an extremely positive light. During the time I was there, several other tenants came in and I witnessed how well she interacted with them and how happy they were when they left. It is employees like Kira that should be kept, praised, and promoted. Thanks for making our experience a great one!

This location is very clean, convenient, and has the best customer service.

I am very pleased with Public Storage and the facilities where my unit is rented. My only problem would be the extra expense incurred from the "mandatory" insurance. I feel it should be optional considering that not every customer can actually afford that extra expense every month. I mean the cost of the storage unit alone can add up along with other monthly bills. Aside from the insurance issue, I have no real complaints. Thank you for your service and convenience!
