Public Storage - Woodstock - 230 W Village Dr

Customer service was outstanding from the moment I cancelled my previous unit to the moment I ordered my new climate controlled unit. I would recommend them to family, friends, and aqaintences.

I was surprised how different the pricing can be. For instance I have a Public Storage Facility right across the street from my apartment complex. A 5x5 unit is $50 while the same unit 15 miles away in Woodstock is $16 a month. It's unfortunate that I have to travel that distance to save money when the same thing is across the street from me. Also, with regards to insurances, you may be covered already check your existing home owners or renters policy.

Fast service, everyone on kiosk and in person is polite and helpful. Tgey are also pretty quick to resolve a problem.

We had a 4th floor unit and after taking up one load, the elevator stopped while I was inside. I panicked but then the door opened. It didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work again. I was about to take our business elsewhere, but the woman at the front desk was able to get us a 1st floor unit. I was very impressed that she was able to work with us. Needless to say, we are staying where we are.

I worked with Nancy and she was awesome. She took me to see my unit and told me about the facilities then quickly got all my paperwork done electronically and got me started moving in. Everyone at this facility is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. It was easy to sign out a cart and use it, even when they were busy. Everything has been very clean every time I have been in and the units are easy to access. Highly recommend them!

We rented a 5 x 5 unit for extra stuff we didn't get rid of when moving from a 3000 sq ft house into a 1200 sq ft apartment. Great price, very clean place, easy access, the only drawback was very minor, check in time was a little long, between 45 minutes and an hour.

I think there is alot of hidden cost, that should be explained before you go to get your storage unit. Something that was advertised for 36.00 I ended up paying 61.00.

Everything went very well on our move into storage. I would recommend this location and the staff to anybody in need of storage.

Prices are fine, building is fine...but the fact that there are so few moving carts is absolutely unacceptable! I've had to wait for others numerous times, and I've only been using the facility now for one week. Based on this, and this alone, I would not recommend this to others nor will I return once I move out.

Promote Wyatt Patrick to president of your company. He is your most friendly, helpful, and professional employee. He made our experience absolutely pleasant.

Very clean and secure facility. The agent we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable.

Not happy because they changed the na.e of the place to a company most people don't care for . I came in the next day to not being able to access my unit because the company changed hands couldn't use the elevator.. Thank God someone fixed so I could go to my unit the office wasn't answering the phones.
