Dependable, honest, and always there to help. Given Public Storage's huge company size they still provide excellent customer service, kind of nice to know they still care because I can't say that about too many other big companies.

Your employee went way out of his way to help us to get our first stall. Then he got us 2 more stalls.. God bless this employee..

When I showed up to sign my rental papers, Sean gave me a great deal and saved me a substantial amount of money! He was very professional, friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. He walked me though every part of the rental agreement and made everything very clear, so I knew exactly what I was signing. Highly recommend!

written on behalf of Patrick M. The staff at the Public Storage in Aiea are awesome. Not only do they keep this property maintained but the restroom and grounds are clean as well. They are always very courteous and helpful. Sean even found me a comparable unit for ALOT less then the one I was renting saving me close to $200 A month. Sean is new to this property but I'm glad he chose this location. When I blacked out due to dehydration for my job, he was very concerned and came to check on how I was doing a week later and even offered a few suggestions that could keep me cooler when I am in myour unit. The staff here are the best!

U just can't find people like Hannah and Nancy who go further than the call of duty!
