I have been a renter with Hawaii Self Storage for a year now,and my experience has been great. They have made every accommodation available to me and even after the recent rainfall ,they called me to say that there was a leak into my area and that I should check on my things for water damage, and to refer any damages to them for compensation. And in my latest move within the facility it was a no pressure,no rush move that was done safely and expeditiously. Mahalo to Hawaii Self Storage

Was able to store my 14' sailboat in their indoor and secured storage area. Very patient and understanding of my storage needs.

I am happy with the storage unit I have. So clean and cool. From the time I inquired online for a storage unit that was available, I went down to the office and in no time, had everything done and ready for the move in. I am pleased with the great service provided. Thank you to the Site Manager, "Stephen Sohns" and staff.

I like the convinence of the location and how easy it is to access my locker. They have carts which is helpful while moving my items to my storage locker. Everything is very secure and you can access after hours.

For the most part its a good place to store things. My only issue is the access to the locker. They need better latters for second story lockers. Especially for the end units, it takes some creativity to get into that end locker.

They have a good hospitality, so we are helped by them! However, storage is a little bit old, and some point is leaking...:( good security system is good ever! Sometimes, there is no customer parking space...:(

After checking rates all over town, Hawaii Self-Storage Salt Lake had an unrefusable offer. The facilities are kept in great condition. They always have staff and security in the storage area even after the office staff goes home. There are plenty of dollies available to help move your items. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They did not honor Sparefoot's pricing because they said Sparefoot got it wrong - pay attention to "2nd floor" versus "2nd level," the latter being a stacked unit which is difficult to access.

The staff was very helpful and courteous able to fit your needs for storage. Fast service with a smile.

I recommend the facility to all who have storage needs!
