Catharine was very helpful. Explained everything in detail. Polo was very nice too.I rented the 5X5. First month insurance was free that is great. From the,second month I will be using my all state renter's insurance. I have one wish about the facility. I wish that they put a sign with numbers where each storage Like hotel floor so that I would have easier time finding my storage. Indicate where the,Elevator is as well so that you don't have to do a search party. Because I have vertical now,I felt sick 丹展造速 and dizzy until I found the elevator.

The second time I went to put stuff in. The staff at that time was very rude. First the staff at time of renting was excellent and very professional and informative. However they did not tell me of the cart borrowing rules. Then upon second time putting stuff in the staff still did not clarify the rules of the cart borrowing. So I left and held on to the key to get another load. Then I got a rude phone call. They made me feel like I was getting scolded and it was not expressed in a professional way at all. Very belittling and not only it was once. Upon arriving back one staff lady was rude and scolded me again. Not explaining the rules Professionally at all. Then another lady didn't it again and was like now you know so Never do that again. Like I had done something horrible. Very unprofessional and rude and belittling. I understand that people may of been idk something before to make these ladies be rude like that. But they need to be clear from beginning and then professional after when speaking to Customers. It was pretty bad and luckily I'm very professional and nice otherwise I would be a very mad customer and move my things to a storage that is not public Storage. You need to speak with the staff on professionalism and being clear with rules from the start.

Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful in providing information and making suggestions. This was my first experience dealing with a storage company and was so glad the y didn't fall down laughing at my naive questions. The location within 2 miles of the facility was a big plus. Storage area is clean and well lit.

I rented my unit on a Friday and was unable to go back to change my lock till Sunday. I was shocked to get an email that my unit was showing vacated and account closed on Sunday morning. I called the center and was told that during their check, my lock was not changed to my personal lock and was shown as vacated. I was very very upset. Don't you check the account before closing account by verifying by phone call? Especially when the rental was made only two days prior and two months rental was prepaid.

The price I was quoted and confirmed by email was not the same as I was charged when I checked in. Staff said they would have the issue resolved but I have not heard back yet. Guess I'll wait and see when the first full month's bill arrives.

The central reservation center rep was very amiable BUT quoted me the wrong unit for the price I wanted , so when I showed up at the location they corrected me with a smaller unit that was obstructed....I took it anyway but not without some confusion...

Just moved over from Hawaii Self Storage because they were getting to expensive. At once I notice that I no longer have 24 hour access to my storage unit, there is no covered parking for loading and unloading, the locking mechanism on the lockers does not appear as sturdy as I am used to. When I ask for a cart to move things in, I was given a key to #4 and the lock wouldn't work, I had to get someone from the office to come and "fiddle" with it to get it to work. When I ask about it, I was told that they had no intention of replacing the lock. On the plus side I now have more storage space for less cost. Guess I have to take the bad with the good.

Donna and Willa are so friendly that it's simply unbelievable!!! They're like family!!! I even showed them a video on my phone where I rescued a bird and now I'm known as the 'Bird Whisperer'!!! Hahahaha! They both went out of their way to help me select the right size storage unit, they are very knowledgeable, and they spent time trying to find availability for me!!! I would definitely recommend storing here. Staff are terrific, storage units are clean and well taken care of, and this location has a huge parking lot too - don't forget about that as most other storage companies I scouted out had absolutely no parking or it was very tight. Here, you have everything you need and trust me, I have been using storage facilities for years. I have two 5x10 units here, and Willa went out of her way to make sure that both units were near each other to be convenient for me! Oh, and I almost forgot, this facility is climate controlled, which is important in this hot and humid climate of Hawaii!!! Love this place!!! - The Bird Whisperer

I had to book a last minute storage unit and Renee Willa was helping me out. She was still in training, but she was very nice and helpful and answered all of the questions that I needed. She was also very kind as to help get me extra carts while I was unloading the big truck of stuff.

SERVICE DEFINED!!! Carole, Donna and Willa made me and my daughter feel right at home bringing us chairs to sit while we waited because I had knee problems and my daughter was feeling dizzy. They came up with multiple solutions to all of our problems and met our needs with a rare sincerity and enthusiasm in their service! They are always friendly, smiling and energetic. Carole even considered adopting one of our rabbits when she heard we had to find homes for them! We have rented spaces from Public Storage in general and more than once at this particular location and have ALWAYS had great service. Moving is so stressful! As well as, "Ron" and her helper the day I was there in July. Their District Manager was also very understanding with my situation and extremely helpful in getting things worked out for me. I have been at this location for a few years and they have always been nice. I recently needed to change to a different size unit. Donna and Willa were awesome...Donna found me a new one in the size needed just a couple of doors down from my original one. They are friendly, personable and very professional. The place is clean and well maintained.

Every year Public Storage raises their rental fees between $60 to $100...once a year. Are there capital improvements to justify this? Still no drinking fountain. Its been broken for over 3 years. Secured parking? Parking gate remains open, even after hours. I've seen homeless people sleeping in some of the covered areas. Any vending machines to make up for the lack of a water fountain? No. As soon as a sizable unit opens in a locally run storage facility, will move in a heartbeat. To give you an idea of rent increases; I started at $238. With yearly increases, I now pay over $525.
