Although the staff is very nice, I find the ad for "$1for the first month" misleading. After fees and taxes it still came to about $60. Then I had to buy a key again for the 4th time I've used their services, they said they had used ones for free but not today then when they realized my unit needed 2 keys, then I got a free used lock. Regardless, I will always use this place for my storage needs. Overall they are the best on Oahu.

I was surprised how affordable the space was and am pleased with it. I am on the third level which requires a ladder but if you can carry a box or two up some stairs it should be no issue. The staff were helpful and got me the best deal. They know their jobs well and are friendly and helpful.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s affordable and perfect for storing my things. This is the first time that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used a storage place but my experience with StorQuest has been awesome. I was really impressed with the different sizing options they offer and the cost is affordable. The location is great for me, I live in Kaneohe but I work in town and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the perfect spot for me to drop off or pick up my things. I highly recommend storing your things here.

Found on line and called the number. Tho at first I was told that there was a little bigger space for the same amount and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told to few things. 1-That there would be insurance added to the amount 2-gave me a little bigger space But suggested that I buy my own lock. ( I was on a tight schedule and had to purchase a lock before coming to the store. So I purchased a lock. 3- I also asked if they sold it there, he said no. After that conversation and completing the questionnaire I went to a hardware store and bought a combination lock. To my surprise upon arriving in the store, I saw a wall of locks for purchase. At first it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t matter but when I was given a lock it had a special key for this particular space. I did not like having a key to hold/keep. I like having a combination. Non the less, I went in that day as I had 2 days to find a space. Got in and found a convenient spot as I was clearly showed how to begin process from beginning to end without delay. The clerk who was working by herself at that afternoon actually turned my little disappointment around which made the whole process completely worth the while.

Cookie and Jackson were fantastic. Down to earth, friendly folks, indeed. Jackson showed us the facility and later took care of the paperwork. The place was new and very clean. The prices on the units were reasonable, and we decided on a unit quickly. Security is pretty good, but the access into the unit was easy. We were able to store our items without any difficulties.

We are so pleased to initiate a relationship with StorQuest. Allyson Goodness and Raj (sp?) were friendly, knowledgable, helpful and the all around consummate professionals. We feel very safe leaving our personal items in such good hands. In addition, we were blown away by the cleanliness of the facility and very much appreciate the security details. Very happy it is NOT a 24 -hr facility. Having staffed hrs enhances safety for sure! Mahalo! Aloha.

Jake was very friendly, helpful and clear in explaining things including insurance. Took a while for him to let me in the office as he was alone and showing a customer around, then was on the phone for a long time with another. Jake got me a unit in the aircon area for same price as non aircon space. Old trolleys were a bit hard to maneuver as wheels in front do not rotate so easier to use them backwards. New trolleys much better. Overall great experience in registering and moving my things in. Thanks Jake.

Terrific experience with Moonui Storage from my first call all the way through to move it. The staff are helpful, anticipate my concerns, available to help out to be sure the rental and move in went well. The facility is brand new, conveniently located off H-1, and spotlessly clean. We used the huge rolling door to move in at the staff's suggestion, with dolly available to move furniture. Parking right outside so it was a breeze. I was so nervous about the move but the staff and facility made it easy. Highly recommended

I would have given them 5 stars except the elevator isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working. The staff was very friendly and helpful and showed me many different options and helped me pick out a unit. They will definitely be my first choice if I need another unit.

The online portion was fast and easy, couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier with the experience. Pulled in to the lot the next day at the given timeline and the gentleman was very helpful. He gave me a tour of the place, informed me on how to use the code system and the locks, and gave me my paper work AND copies of them. Its legit.
