My unit has a ladder to climb to get into it. I have only 1 leg! They wouldn't accommodate to a different unit. I had to find someone to help me put everything in my unit.

Big mahalo to Likeke and Jacob for helping me get checked in with my storage unit! I got stuck at work and had to push back moving in about five days after my intended reservation, but Likeke reassured me over the phone everything was fine. Then, there was some software snafu when I went to check-in, but Jacob and Likeke took care of everything while I went to load up a Uhaul to move in. By the time I came back, they had sorted everything out. Best move in experience of any storage place ever in my life. Huge weight off my shoulders and my storage unit exceeded my expectations. Fantastic location right off the freeway, super easy to get to, canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be beat. Very easy and quick moving in. I think this storage space is the hidden gem of storage companies on Oﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彗hu and Likeke and Jacob make it shine with their top tier professionalism, friendly dispositions, and local graciousness. Mahalo nui loa for making my life so much easier and giving me peace of mind during a stressful time. StorQuest Umi Street No Ka Oi!

The staff is very helpful and courteous. The key to expanding a business is how a customer is treated? There is no hesitation here, I'd recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Last minute we needed a storage unit and StorQuest had great rates and ground units available. The process was quick and easy, would highly recommend.

They were quick to call and check in on my reservation, have all the paperwork ready to go and even help me load my containers up the ladder into my storage. It's a great price for the space available and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Paid only $1 for the first month, plus $10 for insurance and a one time $20 application fee. For a 10' x 20' storage unit, $31 is a great bargain! The next month will be the regular price of $386/month, but I plan to have my things out before then.

I was surprise that there was a free truck with the driver to pick up our stuff.Forgot her name. On time and very patient. I will surely pass it on the very good service that we had.

I am very happy to return to being a customer of StorQuest. Everyone is always very friendly, professional and fast. The pricing is very competitive. I know all my belongings are very secured. The facility is extremel clean.

It was great! They were able to send a driver and a truck to pick up our stuff the day we asked for it. They were also able to provide a larger container for us at the last minute!

Online it said the unit I reserved was a ground unit. When I got there the unit was actually staircase accessible which makes it harder to move in and out. The unit itself is fairly priced for its size but not so easily accessed like the ad said.

Great location easy on and off from freeway. Parking can slow you down a bit. However very clean nice and cool clean and helpful employee's good rates

I paid my July invoice via telephone, they said they would email my receipt; I still haven't received a copy of my July receipt. No one answers the phone.

This place has the cheapest proces in town and, at least, one very helpful employee. The free van and driver make the service invaluable!

The condsion of the facility has all ways been okay with me.

Not happy that my rates were jacked way up, and that I must pay a hefty rate for insurance that I don't need and can't use. As an elderly person, I find it somewhat scary to use those tall ladders.
