I paid for my storage at around 2 pm that day went back around pm to load up my storage only to find a yellow lock on my unit I had to wait till almost 11 pm to put my things in the locker thats the time an employee comes to check and shut down the storage.

Glad you had several 10x10s avail with easy access and classy lobby, clean restrooms and so close to Waikiki!!! Carleted n clean climate controlled! Worth a lil extra for such high end all-around storage!

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more expensive than others, but the location is ideal for my needs. I was informed the ballast lighting in my unit would be replaced. I would receive a call when it is time. I guarantee I WILL NOT be able to accommodate the ballast light change and moving items out of the way. The lights will have to be replaced once I vacate the property. Sorry.

I had a locker reserved for me and it still took 1 and a half hours to process my paper work. The locker I reserved was already taken buy another person so I had to get a smaller locker for more money. It just seemed very unorganized for how big of an establishment it is. The customer service was great though.

I'm SO glad I chose to go with The Lock Up to store my things this summer! The employees there are very friendly and explained their systems and security very clearly. The facility is clean, easily navigated, and conveniently located. Also, they pick-up too! I wish I had known that before I took two trucks' worth of stuff to their facilities myself. They also have a great referral program which gives monetary incentives to you if you tell your friends! The more you refer, the less you pay. Love, love, love that.

I have used and visited other facilities in the past and was totally impressed with the staff and the overall cleanliness of storage spaces, access, and most especially their security set up! Lockup has it all. I am very impressed with the Customer Service and the cleanliness of the facility. I had a great start up price when I first rented but now the price has jumped considerably.....not too happy about that.
