Employees are friendly and professional. Storage meets the need requirements. Hours of access to facility is good. If prices were lower I would rent a unit year round for the convenience.

After searching online for a great deal on a large storage, no one could beat Public Storage Online Special and it was on the ground floor too. Christine helped me expedite the process and I move right in.

This Public Storage location is very clean and the front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. We looked at several storage companies before choosing Public Storage and we're very happy with our decision. I would have rated it five stars but the price I was quoted wasn't available due to the location of the unit I needed so I had to pay $20 more than the quote and the other issue was that one of the screws was missing from the sliding handle on my unit and hasn't been fixed yet. Other than those two issues, we really like this location and they do a great job keeping the front lobby and hallways clean and organized.

Great storage placed. This the first time we are renting from Hawaii public storage. Jonathan showed us a couple of storage unit that we could consider and examples all the questions that we asked. Great facility and great customer service representative. Definitely worth the choice!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Being able to complete a lot of the paperwork online helped make the in-person process a lot quicker. All the paperwork was explained and I was very pleased with the whole process.

The team at this location, did a excellent service to locating a storage for our need, with the shortness of time , they worked together immediately, got a space size to fit our need. As we began to move into our rental home, we needed to downsize our storage space. Again, they helped us to find another storage space to fit our need. The team of Jon, Silvia and Anglina , were professional in knowing the business and friendly at our time there. Thanks, to them our experience was great. We will always use the location again.

I've been consistently impressed with this facility and its staff. The prices were so much better than anything I could find on the windward side that I decided to use this facility despite living in Kaneohe. I'd recommend this Public Storage to my friends and family.

Very Convenient Location...

People who work there are nice & helpful; however not sure as to why I am not allowed to utilize the online discount, but I'm still required to pay the administration fees. Looked for answers on website but could not find.

Love the customer service and the rates. Had the unit for about two years and John was amazing to help me through whatever problem I had/needed. This location is a must!!!!
