The facility is nice and clean. I like the security measures of having individualized access codes. When I stopped by initially, I was quoted a particular price. I tried to sign up for the space the next day but the office was closed and the sign in the window said that the manager would be back in half an hour. I didn't have time to wait so I came back the following day - 2 days after the initial quote - and the price had increased $17/mo. I wasn't happy about that. I also had to wait for someone to show up at the office the second day - about 10 minutes.

Jannette was a big help on the day I came in to rent storage. Although I came in 15 min. before closing she still helped me by showing me the unit and signing all the documents needed to get storage. She was very patient and very polite. Answered everything I needed to know about the unit. Great customer service and a friendly and clean environment.

I have been using storage facilities for years and this one is my favorite. It is so clean and the staff are so friendly. Michelle and Maggie are always so nice and I always see them cleaning or working with a smile. I would recommend this storage facility over all others on island.
