Been renting here on and off since 2010. Maria and her co-workers have always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Got me the $1 first month special so for the first 2 months in a climate control facility, I'm paying about $40/month. Dude, please tell me where you can find a deal like that on Oahu and I'll go sign up....if not, then you better come here and check them out. Close to freeway, costco and convenient as heck!

so far so good! no hassles at sign-up. autopay available, so i never miss a payment. wish customers would stop stealing the carts though. then they wouldn't have to be locked up. that's the only reason why we go into the office - to get the key for the carts.

The unit rented was the best priced for the type sought, even amongst other Public Storage facilities in the area (they are not consistent). It was an awakening as the same type unit but 3x larger in CA is 1/3 the cost (supply/demand/location). However, "Maria" was a great help in efficiently processing me for the rental. Also, this location is a great one for the ingress/egress and loading/unloading of shipping containers.
