The place doesn’t seem to actually have a/c, and if it does, it’s on super low. I sweat bullets moving into my storage which only took about an hour. The manager was pretty helpful and showed me around personally, which was nice. Move in was quick and easy. The price was Great, best in the island I’d say. The parking situation is a little confusing when you first arrive. But you get the hang of it. Overall a good experience!

DISAPPOINTED I wonder if there are Business Laws that are being broken by the Waipahu SecureSpace facility? Checked in a couple of days ago. I rented a "Premium" Unit. The 4th floor has No Ventilation. I assumed that it would have AC or moderate Climate Control, nothing! There is a light switch, but no light. There are multiple Electricity Outlets in the Unit. When I checked in, I asked the employee if the outlets were live. He said "yes" and that I could use them. Yesterday I brought an electric fan and camp light with me to plug into the outlets. Nothing, no Electricity. The HEAT and NO Ventilation are unbearable, so I left earlier than needed. It is definitely INHUMANE how this facility is being Operated! If things don't improve, I will ask my Local & Federal elected officials to look into this.
