I had a bit of difficulty when I got to the address…..no one in the building was at all familiar with the company. I called several times and got voicemail to clarify where I was supposed to park. I’m still waiting to get a response. My brother was able to speak to someone. It would be a bit helpful if it was marked a bit better

The two spaces that were available for the size I rented were dirt base and since it had rained the previous day it was to muddy to attempt to park there. The office told me to just park on a concrete pad off to the side of the 2 spaces. She said that I might have to move later if the lady that actually takes care of the storage spaces finds that that I can't park there.

I've been using this storage facility to park my vehicle outside for the past several months and I'm really happy with the service. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the parking lot and plenty of room to maneuver larger vehicles. The staff at the facility are friendly and professional, and they take great care to ensure the security of the premises. I appreciate the fact that the parking lot is well-lit at night and equipped with security cameras, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is safe. The rates for parking are very reasonable, and I've found it to be a great value compared to other options in the area. I also appreciate the flexibility of the rental agreements, which allows me to adjust the length of my stay as needed.
