I have had the best service from this storage. I have been in a bid and been late paying but they have been very helpful until I was getting my storage paid up. They are very understanding and really cares about our things. They would rather help us keep our storage than to just auction it off. I just love being at this storage. I use to live closer to my storage but I'm now across town but I will never change my storage even though it's out of my way to get there. Keep up the good work.

This is a nice clean well-maintained storage facility and reasonably priced too. The owner is a nice/friendly person to work with as well.

Had stuff stolen more than one break in. As far as I know they've done nothing to up grade security!

I think they could open the gates at 7am I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think of a reason why not. Other than that every thing is fine. It was easy to rent.

I really wanted a storage unit with good security, and one that hopefully wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t flood. There are cameras everywhere, and seem to cover all of the units. It also seems far enough away from the river, and the area hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t flooded yet with the various floods weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had over the years. There are plenty of spaces to rent, and it does look like they have room to expand. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to pay with a cc, that way you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t miss paying. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d definitely recommend this place.

I like that they're self serve... I don't like the hours... But I love the security..... And they have worked with me on more than 1 occasion.... They didn't have to but I needed it......👍💯...

This place is amazing. Shortly after making the reservation on-line received a call regarding the process to check out the storage unit. This is a newer facility and very well lit and secure. Even had to change the move in date and was able to do that with no problem. Easy to get to since it is right off a major highway.

We only needed a storage unit for a couple of months and other storage places passed on us due to the fact it wasn't long term, Clark Storage in Nebraska City did and it was a God send!! They are great people. We moved to Lincoln and wanted to see if they had a place here to rent and they didn't but when and if they do, I WILL use them, they are great on price and very accommodating.

Happened to meet the owner (I believe) great guy, he was on his way out but stopped to show me around and explain the security systems they have in place. I was there looking at units for my younger brother; but I am seriously thinking about moving from my current storage location. Going to have evaluated the moving cost. But I really think it would be worth it.

We have had two units for quite some time now and can't be happier with the service we have been receiving. We have just emptied one of our units out and when we reported it to Mr. Clarke he was very nice & polite asking if everything was okay & if we had any problem. He seemed honest and concerned about our well being. It's nice to know there are honest good people out there that you can trust. Units are new, clean, and the area is well lite so security is no problem and if you need to go to your unit at night that is night a problem either. Also good gravel driveways so mud is not a problem. Not one problem that we could find.

I am close to retirement and will be moving to SW Iowa from Denver. I have already started moving some furniture and boxes and needed a place to keep them. Clark Storage is in a great location and the fact I can rent a one way U-haul trailer and drop it off at the same place is a bonus. I have had no issues with the storage facility.

Pretty easy to get in and out of, as they actually have an oversized slot. My boat has a 12' beam (width) and fits easily into the spot, and there are BUS sized RV's on either side of me.

They have been so patient with us as we have moved multiple times since storing with them and got behind a month or so in payments. They were so kind and understanding. Great people!!!

Clark's Storage Facilities are a cut above the rest. They are clean, very easy to access, and secure. Harold and Sandy are easy to do business with and are honorable business people. The prices are reasonable. So much so, that I keep a unit year round for those times when a little extra storage space is required.

The storage unit is set high on a concrete slab. They have great lighting for evening use. Feels safe to go to it at night.

Nice and clean units.It has security cameras and I see the people over there checking on it often. They are planting trees to help it not look so industrial.

The lot is not open 24/7, which makes us feel at ease. But when we need access, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s open from 8am - 9pm every day. If we need assistance, we get a response immediately. Very friendly!
