The unit didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have anything in it but lots of cob webs & dirt. It was hard to find out where the unit # 800 building was at, even asked other customers & they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know either. Finally found it by driving around. It would be a lot easier if there was a map around the entrance.

Great service, nice unit, location is locked and lit so I feel safe going there. I have had some other storage units and compared to those, the price seems a little high, but the security is the added plus.

The entire customer service support staff was excellent. They were able to match my sense of urgency and get me all set up, just in the knick of time. They were friendly, prompt, personable, and overall just really wonderful. It was a game changer durring which was a very stressfull moving experience. The experience with this company truly relieved a great deal of stress & even help to make things more pleasant and enjoyable. They were so helpful. I cant say enough wonderful things about this company. They've thought of EVERYTHING and as such, they have a very smooth, simple, stress free operation of practice that is bar none to anything I've experinced, outside of a five star hotel.
