My first experience got off to a wonderful start until I went to the office to get my unit. The person working wasn't there and had to take 2 hours to resolve my issue. I spoke to 2 different woman on the phone and they were a tremendous help! Long story short was able to get my unit after a lengthy wait. Clean unit and nice environment overall. The missing agent in the office just overshadowed the whole experience. Just thankful I was able to get my belongings somewhere safe.

Having to move and out things in storage is a juggle. But I ended up needing more than one unit, and luckily it was available. I have not had any problems whatsoever and recommend keeping track of keys but attaching securely to large shopping bag or something easily seen and identifiable. I’m sure if I’d lost mine, they would’ve helped. So far no lose, thank God. Office staff has been wonderful and friendly❣️
