We went to go back to get another storage unit. Knowing they closed at 6pm, we got there at 5:30, door was locked and nobody in sight. Mind you, i called at 5:15 before going there and got no answer. So unfortunately for them, we went with a different StorageMart site. The first time we went, the service was great. A little time consuming but he was nice nonetheless.

Had a great experience from booking online to speaking with the building manager. Was very easy process to get all paperwork completed and get access to unit on short notice.
