Not much room to maneuver parking a small boat in some spaces. Was able to get it done though.

Extremely difficult and dangerous to access. Sign down in overgrown brusn. No lighting, not even reflectors at driveway entry, which: * One car wide *Very very steep * No rails or markers of steep drop off, as in roll over or at best get stuck with wheels in the air. * Turn around space insufficient! I was lucky to have a rstired moving van driver with me, still he used empty unit to position truck so he could exit with 15' UHaul. I had to get a 2nd unit elsewhere for stuff in rental trailer. It was that or disconnect trailer and turn it around by hand, then reconnect it to exit! Owner works days and prefers cash! So small window to find it in daylight. I can't find it half the times I go there. Pros: Units are new and clean and dry. Low cost for larger unit.
