Pretty good crew at the Heinz Rd. office location However, the facility on Alyssa Ct. has a breeched gate wherein people can enter the facility on foot. I witnessed a person parking outside the gates and entering the facility on foot. ANYONE can access the property! Also, there is spray painted graffiti on the ground in front of my unit (2020).

I requested a 10x10 to get there and find an 8x10 maybe. I don't think it was even that size The property manager was not available on Wednesdays. I just found that very odd. I also was not informed of this so when I got there I didn't have a lock or anything.

Garbage on the ground at door to the unit. Dirty inside. No lock inside unit. Called customer service. They were getting a hold of manager. Asked for me to check for lock in other units. Checked several units, no locks, dirty inside, several units doors open or half open. Facility not secure. Manager did eventually did show up with a lock. I just hope my unit doesn't get broken into since security gate was wide open.

Everything was great except for inside the unit was dirty. I guess I would suggest when somebody is renting the day before make sure itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cleaned out
