Jeremy was a great help. We completed our lease , got our unit and was on the way.

This place seemed awesome.... But the purchase of the unit I was completely let down. Couldn't access building without struggle Everytime . The billing got really screwed up and they advertised the building had 24 hrs access when it didn't. My experience was poor.

Might be moving to a different place. Told I was getting 3 months at 30% off and only got 2 months! 😠😤😡

Bit pricey, but overall a good place. Find out in a couple months.

Very pleased with the facility. Taylor, the manager, was very pleasant and efficient. Facility very clean. Easy access to unit.

Taylor was great. She helped get the reservation done long distance, answered our questions timely and detailed. Storage unit was very clean and easy to find. There are maps just inside the doors to help you locate your unit. It was a smooth, efficient and easy rental process.

I have only one problem it's really hard to get cart through threshold

When we showed up they could not find my reservation or at least the unit that we reserved. They did everything possible to get us another storage space, and they suceeded. Not the unit on the original, even though all they had left was smaller units.

Onsite manager Amber is great. But the online customer care seem to promise deals that they cannot honor. Clearly there is communication gap between the site manager and the customer care. Weirdest thing is that reserving the spot online, doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t gurantee the storage unit. So what in the holy universe does reservation mean! The manager was kind enough to talk over phone with her boss to resolve the issue for me. So I would say go onsite to reserve the unit, no use of inljne reservation

Big place, all inside units, front office staff efficient and friendly. Upstairs is a bit warmer than downstairs.

Taylor was excellent in helping me get my unit set up, and the unit itself was clean and accessible. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for much more

Pretty good move in experience, nice service with good storage room

I reserved a unit a month before move in--arrived at location. No one around -even though the office hours said they were open. The sign on door stated they were closed. Came 2 days in a row-no one answered multiple phone calls. Last call finally got ahold of someone who stated they could not find my reservation. I had the confirmation e-mail in my hand but she refused to come to storage office.

The staff is very friendly. All my questions were answered before I even asked. She was very thorough. The prices are reasonable with a lot of different sizes to choose from.

Before visiting this facility, I visited several other storage places. All of the other facilities were way over priced, compared to Storage Rentals of America. I was treated exceptionally well, Representative was very knowledgeable, and went out of her way to meet my needs in every way! From pricing, to showing different units to make sure I got the appropriate size I needed. The price of the unit I rented was less than 1/2 of other places I priced for same size. Highly recommended!!!!

Just love this storage space and when I or anyone I know needs a storage I will be sending to you. It's clean easy access etc.
