My son and I spent 45 minutes trying to find my unit, sadly. Thankfully someone answered my phone call after hours to let me know that the unit was actually across the street from the location I was originally given, even though my code got me into both facility gates. Once I found the right facility, we spent more time driving round and round trying to find my actual unit, which was inside a steel door, which was not marked at all, no signage. We just started opening random doors on our own out of frustration. Numbers over the doors letting customers know which units were behind these doors would be most helpful. It was not what I expected as now I have to go through a doorway and hallway to access my unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not entirely satisfied and disappointed in the location of my unit but do not have time to try to find a new one. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, there was a lock provided and climate controlled (I think) but communication of where the unit was actually located would have been really helpful and I hope this is remedied for new customers. It will dramatically make their move in experience much better.
