Had an amazing experience with Brian and Valerie. They were so helpful. Answered every question I had. They made sure all the paperwork was done on the phone so I could access my unit after office hours. The discounted price also made this unit the cheapest option by far for a safe facility/ well-known brand.

Online rental process fast and easy. Unit was very clean, dry, and had a new lock with keys waiting inside ($20 seemed a fair price) The monthly fee seems reasonable at this time. (All rentals are much higher now it seems) Wish there was 24/7 access but not a deal-breaker.

We moved into the unit on January 2nd. It was clean, dry, and ready for move in. And the price at the time was favorable compared to other option. Would I recommend this to friends with a similar storage need? Yes, very likely.
