I started my storage search on the Internet, which was pain-free with my choice of Stor-It. Within an hour of reserving a space, I received a phone call from them. They wanted to make sure I understood exactly what the fee was going to be for what I reserved online. The experience of renting a storage space, from the service desk at Stor-It to moving my items into my rented storage space, went very smoothly. The actual storage space was very clean as well as very secure. The space itself looked much larger than I thought it would be, and the price very reasonable. Thanks to the excellent customer service at the front desk, I purchased exactly what I needed based upon her recommendations.
