Monthly cost is way higher than other facilities where friends rent....and they ate also 24hr facilities. But the place is nice and clean and the staff (so far for who I've met) are friendly. There's also signs everywhere that say "smile youre on camera" and more that threaten fines for this and fines for that. It's a little overboard!! Otherwise the place is good.

Couldn't be happier with the service and prices. Very clean facility. Chelsea, at the front desk, was pleasant, helpful and very professional. We moved most of our things with a trailer we purchased and stored in two units, including the trailer, before actually moving here. We got an apartment and found a home within 2 months. We have since sold the trailer and down-sized considerably. Made the move so easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service and nice, clean facility. Plenty of security cameras creates a safe feeling environment. The only thing I would hope for is better lighting for the nighttime loads. We are moving and because we work during the day, we are hauling loads to the storage at night. Having more strategically-placed lighting so we can see inside of our storage would be amazing!

I reserve the unit online and when I checked in, they had no record of my reservation. There was construction happening in the office to add to the confusion. The unit was clean and easily assessable. The facility seemed secure with easy in and out access.
