Dennis was extremely helpful , friendly and called me when I hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t properly reserved the unit online. He walked me through the process. The unit was clean and so were the rest of the grounds. I highly recommend this storage company.

I called many storage places in Boise and Meridian but they were much more expensive than StorageMart for smaller units. The customer service is excellent, the units are clean, and the price is right!

Well it may be unbeknownst to the current manager at this location I have yet to hear back on how to resolve the situation. Their facility is being advertised as 24-hour access and or 24-hour access with special permission however I've been told that that is no longer offered. I rented the facility contingent on being able to access it 24/7 what to do
