The day I rented the storage unit, the front office was very busy. Even so, they were able to process everything, set up a U-Haul truck and get me going in a short period of time. I like that they check the lot and make sure no one is in there after 9:00pm. And lots of cameras. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing, especially if you're a first timer. The lady at the desk was so patient, explained everything to me. Pricing for the boise, you can't beat.

Easy to access unit, plus they provide the lock to the unit for free! None of those $19 charges if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bring your own lock. AND they give you a free huge uhaul the day of your move if you are a new customer!! They deduct the entire cost out of your next months rent. Never had a storage unit do that. Great value and friendly people.

The service was fast and easy and i was able to view the storage space before paying for anything.

We were trying to find a 5X10 that was reasonably priced and stumbled upon storage plus. One of the best priced storage units out there! The staff is super friendly as well and makes sure you understand the agreements. Glad we found this place!

I have had many storage units in the past. The customer service from the moment I drove in towing a trailer was outstanding. I was met in the driveway and guided to a parking space. I was shown the unit before doing any paperwork which was quick and simple. The management is excellent and the place is clean and well run.

I used this facility with a roommate to store our things before getting into a new place after summer. The cost was cheaper and the access to the building was easy. I would reccommend this facility to my friends!
