1st problem would be the CONTACTLESS check in ....NO GOOD..especially for the fist time..hard to find our unit..no map..no assistance at the place..had to first contact the main number , then had to put on hold for 15 min before we were able to talk to someone....NO A GOOD SYSTEM. , especially for 1st visit. 2nd issue ...our AUTOMATED LOCK WAS MALFUNCTIONING and would not lock, our unit was ALREADY LOADED and we needed to return our truck, however we could not SECURE OUR PROPERTY.With no one at the facility had to call again, this time it took us more than an 2 hours to get a hold of someone to assign us a new unit....then move or property from that unit to another unit that was available with a working lock mechanism....HONESTLY, IWAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR UNWILLINGNESS TO EVEN ISSUE SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT FOR THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...CANNOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!

I love the location of the storage building within the city. The facility is very clean; however, I wish there would have been some way to know exactly where I needed to park for my unit. A map of the unit location would have been helpful.

Very convenient accessibility. Had some issues with the initial e-mail documents not loading on any device for me. Customer service was able to solve the issue about 24hrs later. Satisfied with everything else. Would use again.

This location was an interesting one, but after one visit, I feel like a pro! Everything is connected to your smartphone, which feels so cool and fancy. Due to it being 24/7, it is nice to have the ability to come in whenever I have the time during my busy schedule. There are even little dollies to help you move your stuff in and out of the unit.

I was very pleased to be able to secure the storage unit for my child while being in another state and all over the phone. I also appreciate that I can control the until from an app and grant access as needed through the app as well. You can also monitor all access through the app. I highly recommend! It was very convenient and at a great price!

The day I checked in the front desk person could not get printer to work The next day the front desk person quite at 9:30 am so no one was there to help. My key codes and phone app were disabled. Fortunately someone from corporate happened to arrive at the facility just as I was about to leave without getting my stuff. He was very helpful and got my issue fixed quickly.

I love how this place is indoors but is still very accommodating for storing things. The hallways are wide enough to maneuver things around and the temperature control is super helpful when needing to go through things and purge no matter the weather conditions outside. You donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to fumble around and look for keys, just use your phone. The down side to that is if you have an old phone that canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t download the app, it might be problematic. I need to ask what plans they would have in place for things emergency-preparedness wise. (Power outages-since these seem to happen more frequently.) So far we are impressed with this place!

We attempted to find the unit without being shown where it was first, and that I do not recommend, as it feels like a bit of a labyrinth in there 丹展造贈 However, once I asked the front desk to show me where it was, it was easy sailing from there. Make sure your phone has enough charge to handle all the app usage for the unlocking system!

This place has saved my bacon! Moving from a 5 bedroom into a studio, I've been buried with the things I've still needed to sort through and the stuff I'd like to keep for when I can get into a bigger place. Being low income, this is the first place I've found that I can afford. Indoor units? Yes! Air conditioned? OMG YES! Easy to access units with Bluetooth and elevators for upper floors? Absolutely! Customer service was awesome and they got me in the very same day I contacted them.

Lots of confusion. I was told I would complete some paper work when I arrived at the office. There was no one on site, and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even find the office. Nice person helped me on the phone. Then two days later received termination notice by mistake. Again, nice person helped me. Just seems like they werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ready to open yet.
