I reserved a 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢X15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit by phone. The guy I talked to on the phone was very courteous and professional. He send the reservation to the site. After I got to the site, I tried to get ahold of someone with a phone number on a sign on the wall of the office area. Literally seconds after I called, I got a call back and we finished the transaction.

The unit is clean, location is east to get to, but holy cow ideas directed to 3 different units before I found one actually available. Either your front desk person is a dunce or your computer system is terrible.
