I have been with this storage unit for over two years. The staff has always been exceptional with any assistance needed. They go above and beyond! The facility is always clean, safe, and easily accessible during the bad winter months. Staff went above and beyond when I needed assistance with my Lock. Thank you for providing peace of mind for my belongings.

Dencil and the entire staff were extremely professional, accommodating, and friendly. When I had realized that the storage unit I reserved wasn't large enough, not only did the staff quickly find a larger unit for me, they were able to give me a discount as well. That tells me that they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. I would definitely recommend BuxBear Storage with anyone's storage needs. This company is a winner!

Good employees and clean facility

Clean and just what I needed. The young man that I spoke with was super helpful, patient and polite!

The Manager (Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sorry, I forgot her name), was exceptionally professional as well as very compassionate toward my needs. She walked me around the facility and showed me a few units. If it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t for her doing that, I would have rented a much smaller unit then what I needed. I cannot say enough about how kind she was to me.

Katy is a fantastic manager! Apparently, she came on board late this summer. She explained everything easily and showed the units available. I selected an interior unit. The systems in place are easy to follow. My only disappointment is that the exterior door going into the interior is in need of adjusting as it sticks & requires a hard bumping push to close. I actually bruised my hand! Hopefully the door will get corrected soon.

Office efficient and well run. Paperwork was done quickly, the office manager was very helpful and friendly. The gate combination was easy to use. The ground and locker areas were well maintained

Jan 6-I gave movers access to my unit but it had two locks on it. They had a trailer and couldn't go back to my house so they found the closest open unit. I went to the office on Jan 7 and spent hours fixing this. Feb 8- An overlook on my unit again. I was not late and was told they were under new management and saw that my unit was never changed in the system and should have been empty so they locked me out of my unit. I was in the office for hours fixing this. My house had just flooded and the previous employees had offered to keep my plants in the office, now I was told I needed to remove them asap. Once again I left thinking everything was fixed. Feb 9- my code wouldnt work. I had to go back to the office to get this fixed, again. March 12- my code wouldnt work again and I got locked inside. I tried to call all the phone numbers posted and online, nobody answered. I had to wait until someone entered the facility before I could leave. Because of this horrible situation, I refused to pay. I ended up getting months behind and could not get caught up. They don't accept partial payments. Just continued to charge me outrageous fees. June 23- I paid my unit in full. I found my lock cut off and did not receive notice of this until days later, and an insane $50 charge. July 11- there is a lock on my unit, again! I drove 4 hours to get to my unit and could not get into it. This is the 5th time I've been locked out when I shouldn't have been! I'm told none of the fees on my account can be waived, they refused to make payment arrangements with me, they refused to take partial payments, they would not honor the autopay discount, they would not honor the review credit, I've been repeatedly locked out of my unit and have had more issues that I can handle! And they've now charged me over $200 in fees. Do not rent from them!!!!

This place and the staff are amazing, helpful and very polite.. I would recommend them to friends and family!

At the facility the representative was very pleasant and easy to work with. Tim is very upbeat, explaining options of payment, due dates, security, office hours. Left feeling our things would be secure.

Going through one of the hardest situations anyone can find themselves in, I was met with kindness and compassion. Adrianna was so pleasant and easy to work with and made my experience seamless and easy.
