The customer service was outstanding,and quick. Very friendly, and very helpful.

Moved in on Monday. Noticed a couple of holes in the roof showing daylight. No one was in the office, so I emailed; no answer yet. Called on Tuesday morning, left message with service; as of Wednesday there's been no response. Had to tarp the top AND underside of the few things I put in there to ensure they weren't going to be ruined by water from the roof holes. Not happy at all.

Very pleased with the whole experience of renting the unit and getting set up for access.

Great service, unit is very clean, helpful in answering all questions...gate was a little hard to open at first, but then it worked okay. Need to put a waiting chair in the lobby for people to sit and wait when busy.

So far everything has been just great.. And I would use Keylock Storage Again & Again. It is highly recommended by me.

The new gal at the front took a long time to get me through the initial paperwork, approximately 1-1.5 hours, due to simply a lack of training. One interruption was involved with another customer. The gal was very pleasant throughout the process but did struggle. The following day, I mentioned it to the other gal in front office, who is apparently her supervisor who said she would continue to provide training to this employee. Otherwise, I am very happy with Keylock and glad I chose them for my storage needs.

I would recommend my friends to use this facility. It was close to my house, very clean and the price was right for the size. It was very convenient to book a reservation for the storage unit. It only took a few simple questions to complete the process and the young man that helped me was very polite. Overall I'd have to say this was the best experience I've ever had and making reservation for anything. I hope I don't sound too cornet but I'm so pleased with the quality of the unit and the polite and professional way I was treated. Thanks again. Signed, Patricia A.

I have all ready recommended to a few friends that I knew were in search of storage. I really love that it is a 24 hour facility. It is the main reason why we chose this particular site and everything has been great so far.

While moving to Priest River from CDA, I needed a storage unit for our excess furniture and random household items. After searching online and contacting several storage facilities, I decided to go into Keylock Storage. The staff was absolutely amazing! I signed up that day. Even though a couple other places had quoted slightly lower rates, the cleanliness, location and friendly staff was my deciding factor. I have nothing but praise for this facility and the company as a whole. I would gladly recommend them to anyone and would rent from them again if I ever am in need again of a storage unit.

Coming from out of state and driving a big moving truck I had contacted an employee to tell them I was coming and when I would be there, yet when I got there I had to wait along with other unit renters for 30 minutes before this employee opened the gate for us all the time acting like we were all intruding on her day. Heather stepped in and handled the situation and saw that I got a good unit when the one assigned wouldn't work also. She showed great customer service skills and promptly handled everything so we start unloading. I feel confident now having our belongings in this facility.

We rented this facility on the phone 2,000 miles away after talking to a other facilities in the same area. Heather at Keylock in Coeur D Alene made me feel confident regarding the facility and that it would work for us. She did not disappoint. My husband found it clean and easy to access with a big 26 ft. truck and Heather went out of her way to make sure the experience was a good one.

Heather was exceptionally friendly and made our business transaction go very smooth.
