I was impressed by the professionalism of the office staff. I quoted online and reserved a 10x10 for 71 a month. I was contacted and upgraded to a 10x15 no extra cost. Easy move in and no hidden fees. 10/10 recommend this storage facility

My Grandmother called me recently because she was having trouble accessing the facility. Living out of the State, I felt helpless. I called expecting to get a recording but to my surprise, a was greeted by Katy. I explained the situation to her. She told me to give her a date & time when my Grandmother wanted to stop by & she would make sure she was waiting outside for her. The next day, my Grandmother arrived (15 minutes early) to find Katy standing out front to greet her. I wouldn't have anticipated her arriving early & I know she's always early. Katy, thanks for being so patient, being there early & going above & beyond to help my Grandmother.

Customer service was outstanding after i met her at fruiland facility. It toook from thurs to monday to get a call back after i made online reservation. Your internet went down halfway through leasing process. Had to return to finish parerwork and get locks for units.

Everything I needed for a place to store our pickup.

currently a renter of storage space for two years now at this location multiple times have been locked in coz gate doesn't work, many many times have reported people sleeping on the property in their vehicles that are homeless and nothing happens they keep coming back, in the contract it says storage units will be cleared of snow and we'll have access and that has not happened until something was mentioned. Communication is horrible, when you call and leave a message and it tells you they will call you back shortly they do not call you back. the storage units are in good shape adequate size and fair price but the service is sketchy

After driving all over town looking for a small unit to rent, I was so relieved to find this facility. Other places would not rent to me unless I gave them my whole social security number (to keep on hand in case they needed to put anything on my credit report), and they would “have to charge extra if I didn’t agree to hand over my banking information for automatic withdrawal”. Facilities were dirty. I had decided it wasn’t worth renting a unit, but I gave it one last try and called self storage. Check-in was fast and easy, rates were just as advertised, unit was clean and secure. No surprises.

Ty the manager is very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find and the unit is just right, because he estimated the size I would need correctly. This facility is very clean and secure in an easy access area for large trucks or trailers to negotiate. You will not find a better price based on the quality of the facility in the area, I know, I shopped it! This 62 year old grandma is not telling you fairy tales :)

Nice place. Although I would have liked to know about the required added monthly insurance cost in the beginning, before signing papers. I do appreciate the facility though. Thanx.

Price was fair. Very tight for trailers. Tight turns little room for corners.

We had to change to a larger unit & the staff was very helpful in doing so. The unit was clean, large & ready to go. However, we did have to wait until someone showed up after 10am (their opening time) to get us set up.
