This gentleman went out of his way to help me. When the bill was due. Bam over the phone done. Will always use this facility. True customer service, and that's RARE these days.

Overall, great storage unit. However, my issues are: 1. Dirt and debris blow in under and around the door. I have been shocked to see how much crap has gotten in to my unit between entries. 2. People will park right in front or very close to the two entry/exit key pads. Hence, I have to get out of my car and go around their vehicles to access the pad. There should be signs or something to tell people not to park there.

I absolutely love My Storage Ammon! I got amazing customer service from the moment I walked in. I decided to shop around and this was the first place I looked. I really shouldn't have gone anywhere else. This was the cleanest facility with the absolute best customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone! In fact, I have to everyone who has asked.

We were worried about putting our stuff in storage and have never had occasion to do it before. Our concerns were dust, pests, etc., but we have found the storage units to be very clean and so far all has been great!

I have been using My Storage AMMON for storing my RV for the last couple of months. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff when I stopped by to check them out. I was pleased with the overall cleanliness, the large paved parking area for vehicles, and the security of the location, including cameras everywhere. If I need a storage space in the future I will not hesitate to come to them for that as well.

I'm really glad that we opted to use MyStorage Ammon. They made it so nice and easy to store my dad's things as we got him situated in his new home. The people are good honest people and really made us feel like his belongings are safe and secure.

Clean and friendly, very attentive

This was the best facility in terms of getting climate controlled storage units which was very important to my wife and I. The owner, Kyle was very helpful on check in and explained everything we needed to know in great detail. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to take excellent care of their belongings. The facility is as clean as it gets in storage unit properties.

This storage is big, wide open, wide lanes, not crowded at all. We love it. But if you are thinking of storing here, you should NOT do it. I love how empty it is right now and donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want everyone crowding it up.. haha. Just kidding. It really is perfect though. We love it and it is priced very well. VERY SATISFIED.

This facility was gorgeous, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s kept very clean and well. We had great customer service, they were so friendly. Definitely would recommend storing away here. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure the units will go fast.

First, the staff are amazing, informative, and best of all make you feel like family rather than a customer! I don't think I have had a more personal experience at any of the other facilities I have rented from in the past.
