Corporate customer service was excellent, however, when I arrived to move in I presented my own Homeowners Insurance and the worker on site did not refund me this month which I paid online initially, but did the proper steps so i would not pay the monthly insurance as my Homeowners covers it. Just wanted my $11 insurance back. Thx

Great service clean and reasonable price

This is my second time renting from E.S. and I have never had an issue except for a bent latch which they handled immediately with above and beyond service. They were not only quick and kind, they didn't ask me to wait for the latch to be fixed and instead they moved my unit. I also appreciate how they provide a lock and even cut down the thick plastic on the lock package, knowing a customer may not have scissors with them. I highly recommend!!

I needed a storage unit on the fly, when I called, the employees were very helpful. The company also has a simple sign up process so I could do it in 5 minutes. The unit was clean when I got there that same day.

Extremely clean, have a climate controlled unit and perfect temperature inside. My items feel safe and secure.
