Overall, very satisfied but someone said the access to the facility closes at 9.00pm. Not sure if this is true.

Excellent customer service. Great assistance with the reservation process. Move-in was great.

Customer service feels a bit disorganized. I originally spoke with CS about a 10x20 climate controlled unit, but when I double checked it, the reservation was for a standard. With that being said, we had to change my reservation to two 5x10 units, which made loading tricky. The location is great and I am satisfied overall.

Customer Service was great. Showed me my unit, she answered all 500 questions because I had never had a storage unit before. The facility is super clean, easy access off the freeway.
