Very accommodating. Prices could be lower, but we were able to take advantage of $1 first month offer, which saved us about $80 overall.

I needed a storage unit big enough for a utility trailer that was 8ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ wide. I inquired on line and was told the 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢x20ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ would work. The unit was the right size but the trailer wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit because the door was only 8ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ wide! My mistake for not asking about the door size. Time for Plan B, a larger unit. I wish I remembered the employees name because she was awesome! She was able to find us a larger unit and make the switch.

The only thing I would say is double check your location's access hours. I didn't realize my new storage location would have such a concern with getting out of my storage unit after closing time. On move in day I was issued a warning both via text and email to remind me that after 9pm entry/ exit are not allowed. Frustrating.

the facility attendant Warren was very helpful and friendly. Took the time to explain everything and even went to the unit to make sure everything was there. Made sure the floor was clean. There was a sticky spot, so he cleaned it up before we took over the unit.

Great facility other than pricing seems to be at the very high end for the area. Disappointed that they do not offer any type of multi-unit discount as I have 3 rentals there.

I just rented out a storage unit pretty much last minute and I was able to get a 10x10 that I needed to fit my things! The pricing isn't as bad as other places in the Meridian/Boise area so I got lucky. The space was really clean when I got there and I had no issues!

I got there one minute before close since I was driving from Logan and hit lots of traffic. Melody was super helpful, opened the door for me, already knew who I was and had my paperwork ready. She even walked me to my unit to make sure it's exactly what I wanted. She was very nice and did not me feel like a burden at all even though she had to stay 15 minutes past her shift! The best customer service I've ever had I will definitely be recommending and coming back to this place!!!

Melody was a wonderful person to deal with and gave me a choice of spaces to rent. i look forward to a long stay with you folks and it was nice to have a place to put my rv. since the yard i was at before is closing at the end of November not much notice.
