What a fabulous find, conveniently located in Meridian! I've done a lot of storage and this is, hands down, the best experience I've had. Great value, terrific location, excellent security, easily in-and-out, and a gracious and considerate manager. Highly recommend.

What a gem of a storage business. Great location, incredibly clean, excellent security, tremendous value, and the general manager is amazingly helpful and welcoming. We've done a lot of storage in our time, and this has been our best experience, hands down.

The dimensions of the facility weren't what I expected, but it actually worked out really awesome for me. It was very shallow and very tall. The manager was great with customer service and was expedient with the paperwork. Facility felt very secure. No complaints here!

I needed a climate controlled storage unit with 24/7 access and Store Local Meridian met my needs very well. The facility is clean, secure, and the units are some of the best priced that I could find in the Treasure Valley. My only complaint is there is no one onsite, it is all remote. Despite that, I was able to reserve a unit and move in very easily. I would definitely recommend Store Local Meridian!

Rented an indoor 5×10. The facility was clean and secure with cameras everywhere. Pest control methods are used monthly. Also, Amy in the front office was extremely helpful and courteous, making the move in easy. Highly Recommend.

Horrible service! I get having late fees but everyone has financial hardship and I paid them for two years! There was never any kind of assistance and fees were added every few days. You have a late paycheck and you're looking at double the cost. If you come with the rent ready to go and weren't aware of add ons then they would refuse that payment and keep tacking on charges! No staff answer during the day, making you jump through hoops to get them paid. Started moving my stuff to a storage unit outside. Found mice droppings everywhere in the unit! Don't even know what I was paying for! Might as well have set my things outside! Signed my move out paperwork and said I would be by to sweep. Conveniently was informed that I would be charged more money for an empty unit AFTER THE FACT. I'm being charged to sweep an empty unit! A courtesy! Site wasn't even safe! Had my phone stolen with my debit/credit cards. They pulled up surveillance to verify it happened on site. that's it. no help. SO extra fees after the fact, mice in the unit, stolen from while using, and charged fees when I'm not there. Wish I had never picked this place! Treated horribly! Only one staff in the whole business was polite to me.

The place is super clean and modern. Good value and location. 24 hour access is convenient. Temperature is also a great idea.

Found the unit clean and well located

Found this place and reserved sight unseen. I dropped by the same day, met with Angel, filled out paperwork and within about 30 minutes put my lock on. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say anything bad about this facility. The people were incredibly friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I found their rates to be competitive enough with anywhere in Boise, leading me to travel out to Meridian to store my items.

I do really like the storage unit it's nice and clean it is also maintained well but I don't like the fact that you are forced to get insurance if that's the case you should just include it in your overall price

Good central location, easy to use twenty four hour gate.

Found this place from doing a search for a nearby climate controlled unit, and was very impressed when I got there. The place looks very new, smells very new and is very clean. The customer service office just seems to really make you feel very warm and cozy with the wood floor and—-I don’t know, it was just very nice. Looking around their building/fort, and you just can’t help but feel very guarded.

The layout of the space was easy to navigate and the main office was very warm and welcoming.

I was not really sure about this place at first because of the online scheduling we did but the staff was very friendly and a pleasure to do deal with once I arrived.

So far no complaints with the storage unit

When we showed up to sign papers and get set up we did have to wait for a good while. But the had popcorn and water and coffee for you to help yourself to. Other than that it was great. We didnt mind the wait to much.
