I was impressed with how easy it was to rent a unit online at my convenience. Accessing everything I needed was simple and quick, and I was able to do it online at a time that worked best for me.

The staff was great to work with. I received all needed information on time. Unit was clean and redy for move in. App worked great to open gates and doors.

Unit was clean with the lock and information pamphlets on the floor when I got moved in. Had wanted to do paperwork in person but I showed up while the clerk was on lunch. It turned out the online paperwork was easy and straight forward. They want you to maintain $5000 of insurance coverage and the default insurance is reasonably priced; another place wanted the same price per month for $1000 coverage.
