Professional and clean with amazing service.

The rep checking us in was very nice and professional. We did have a problem with the code to open the gate. It didn’t work at first, so had to go back into the office to have it reprogrammed. We also had problems with the key to the unit. It was quite difficult to get the door open. We didn’t realize you need to take the cylinder out before you can unbolt the door, so a better explanation on how the key to the unit works would be helpful.

Easy moving process, I was able to use my own lock.

The floor in the hallway could be taken care of a bit better... Other than that it's a great place to store...

Excellent customer service, on phone and in person. The outside space to park my 25 ft. rv was pretty junky and littered. The price charged seemed very high, as I only needed to leave my RV for 3 days. I think I was charged pro rata for the rest of the month. I didn't have time or desire to look elsewhere. Location was good for my needs. I am not intended this review to be published; only for internal review by the facility.

Excellent great location ,clean well run operation

I was dreading the process of setting up a storage unit. This was painless. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism.

They had a unit open and ready for us, it's close to our home and very convenient while we're preparing to move.

Offered a discounted space if we were interested in a slightly smaller unit, which worked perfectly! I will continue to do business with this company. Also Love that the owner lives on site!
