The rep checking us in was very nice and professional. We did have a problem with the code to open the gate. It didn’t work at first, so had to go back into the office to have it reprogrammed. We also had problems with the key to the unit. It was quite difficult to get the door open. We didn’t realize you need to take the cylinder out before you can unbolt the door, so a better explanation on how the key to the unit works would be helpful.

Excellent customer service, on phone and in person. The outside space to park my 25 ft. rv was pretty junky and littered. The price charged seemed very high, as I only needed to leave my RV for 3 days. I think I was charged pro rata for the rest of the month. I didn't have time or desire to look elsewhere. Location was good for my needs. I am not intended this review to be published; only for internal review by the facility.
