Customer service ( Melissa) is great! I love that I was able to reserve a space whether I took it or not, it was a huge convenience for me. Please get this place a faster computer because when you have the movers there with the loaded truck, it shouldn't take 45 minutes to get through registration so they can unload,....especially when paying by the hour for their service. Please consider offering higher insurance for tenants. Also, please consider giving additional time to supply insurance information because insurance companies need the lot number and other information and you do not give that information until after I have supplied the insurance. Customer service worked through that all with me fortunately.

My husband and I looked at all the options out there for storage, we chose a better solution first off for price, second the first month 50% off. I booked it and then talked with the sweetest person on how the process worked. Next day my husband goes to do paperwork and take belongings there and when he gets home I realize that the 50% off the first month was not applied. I call and speak to another gal that was just as sweet who got right on it and remedied it. I am very happy with our choice and would recommend them to anyone.

I spent a lot of time searching for storage solution before I found this place. Pros: The facility is very clean and the location is ideal for my needs. They also offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs. The price, though not the cheapest, was lower than most,( before the added cost of mandatory insurance provided by them). They do have access hours that are an hour later than most,(10pm). Cons: Access hours- like most facilities, they don't offer 24 hour access, which is preferred by most people. Some of us work later shifts. Mandatory insurance from them, no electrical outlets(which most places don't provide), low lighting, & big hole at the end of my row, which sucks because you can't avoid it. Overall, comparing to other facilities, I'd give it a 4 or 5

Needed a 2nd unit immediately as first unit filled when movers unloaded. Ross took care of the rental so there was no lag time in getting unloaded!

Place is decent, easy on and off the freeway...friendly manager, went there for the price but there is an added $21 insurance fee per month that made it more than I anticipated. Still appreciate the discount for the first two months!

When I walked into the facility, I was promptly greeted by Ross and a smile. Ross is professional, polite and able to answer all of my questions. Ross's explanation of the policies was clear, concise and easy to understand. My storage unit was clean and has easy access. I have already recommended to others.

I showed up about 10:00 AM Saturday morning and when they asked my name . They were ready to get me checked in.

Reserved unit online, then called to get questions answered. Person at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I showed up in person the unit was ready to go and paperwork was painless. I would recommend this facility!
