I have another storage unit that increased price by 200% over the last year. Unbelievably expensive. Used 1/2 off promo at Pleasant View. Price is $60 less. Easy move-in process. Spoke to Vince- he was very informative and helpful.

Have been in the unit almost three years and the price went up 130$ since we moved into it. No reason for increase. The property didn't get any better to store our stuff in. A 10x30 at 300$ a month is ridiculous. Found a better one for 160$ that won't price gouge us. Vince was helpful. He tried to get us $ back after we moved out. The company itself is crap. I would not recommend at all.

Becky was more then helpful with getting us into a storage. The whole process from start to finish has been a fast and flawless process. She even offered to leave a lock inside if we needed one. Great customer service and very clean units.
